Chelsea has reached an agreement with Palmeiras wonderkid Willian Esteves on personal terms for a transfer, according to renowned transfer journalist Romano.

Chelsea plans to offer him a transfer fee of around €32 million plus additional clauses exceeding the value of the release clause. Initially, Chelsea's proposal was a transfer fee of €32 million plus €25 million in add-ons based on Willian Esteves' performance.
